Villa Vista is actually two oceanfront vacation homes, rented separately or together, that beckon you to relax your body, reconnect with your loved ones and let the coastal culture rejuvenate your soul. Both units are completely separate and each can accommodate six adults in three bedrooms with three ensuite private baths. Each has a spacious living room with breathtaking views, a gourmet kitchen, and comes equipped with all the amenities and linens needed for a stress-free vacation at the beach. Conveniently located between Capitola Village, with its quaint shops and beach-side restaurants, and the Beach Boardwalk amusement park, there's no shortage of activities to choose from-if that's your preference. Truth is, many of our guests opt to just stay in and enjoy their favorite beverage as they marvel at the crashing waves and bustling beach just outside.
Amenities
Each unit offers a wide variety of features to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. Three parking spaces on site (unheard of at Pleasure Point), all sheets and towels provided, WiFi and cable, a big screen, Smart TV, washer / dryer, natural gas BBQ, beach toys and chairs, games and books. Downstairs offers an indoor fireplace, wet bar, and outdoor jacuzzi. Upstairs features a large, wraparound deck with BBQ, table and chairs where you can share a meal and toast the spectacular sunsets, as you reconnect with family and friends.
